#25. Goldust
Goldust (Dustin Rhodes) was a great IC Champion, He held this belt 3 times and i always felt he could be World Champion. He was/Is Very talented and i knew when i started this blog, that he would be on my List. He isnt the greatest IC Champion but he sure isn't the worst. Goldust was a strange yet amazing character. Goldust held the IC title for a combined 168 days.

#24. Rey Mysterio
Rey Mysterio isnt the greatest IC Champion however, i believe the only reason he was awarded this belt was due to him holding so many titles, they had nothing for him. They realized he had never held the belt so they gave it to him. Rey is a great guy and a wonderful wrestler. I loved Wrestling him and I had to put him on this list cause of his ability and Him and Chris Jericho put this belt back on the map. Rey Held the Ic title for a combined time of 128 days.

#23. Pat Patterson
Pat to me is a great person and wrestler, he is most famous for being The First IC Champion, However in my mind he is not the greatest IC Champion. The first is not always the best. He is great enough to make the list however. Pat is one of the most honored Men in WWE and still is. It is my pleasure to get inside his mind and learn the Wrestling Knowledge from such a Great Wrestler. Pat held this title for 233 days.

#22. Christian
Christian is my best friend and a wonderful wrestler. He had some great matches as IC Champion. I felt he should be on this list due to the men he worked with and the matches he had. I also feel this time period was one of his greatest Runs. I know we had some great matches for that belt!!!
Christian held the belt for a combined total of 128 days.

#21. Pedro Morales
Predo probably is higher on many other people's list. However I am giving Credit where credit is due. He is one of the greatest Champions however i think he is one of the greatest Heavyweight Champion and is known more for that. Pedro was a talented Wrestler and is now Retired yet his legacy will always continue to be talked about. Pedro does have the all time record of how many day he has held the belt. With a total of holding the title twice, he has held the IC championship a record of 619 days.

#20. Rob Van Dam
RVD is one of my favorites to wrestler and watch. He is one of the most talented ive worked with. He was always fun to work with and fun to ride with. RVD is one hell of a IC Champion too. Rob is a great human being and He finally was awarded the right way before he left WWE. He is truely one of the greatest IC Champions! RVD held the title for a combined total of 211 days.

#19. Honky Tonk Man
Alot of people automaticly say this man is the greatest IC Champion of all time due to his record for holding the IC title the longest in 1 run (454 Days) Sometimes holding it the longest doesn't always mean the best. I put him on my list and maybe he should be alot closer to #1 then i put him. He was a great Champion but to me, there are quite a few other wrestlers better than he was.

#18. Cody Rhodes
I truly felt Cody should be on this list due to the fact he has brought this title back (the classic view) and made the title mean something once again. Cody is a wonderful wrestler and i love seeing him Wrestle. Its kinda ironic that both of Dusty Rhodes son's are on this list. They are great and i think it would be intresting for them to tag together. (Would anyone else want to see that???)
Cody has so far held the IC Championship for 99 days. If he holds it for another 15 days (Which unless he defends it shortly after Suvivor Series, he will have held the title longer than Eddie Guerrero.

#17. Tito Santana
Tito is a gifted Wrestler and one of the best IC Champions in my opinion. He is so talented and won championships during his tenture in WWE. He is the third highest ranking IC Champion if you go by how many days he held this championship of course with a combined total of 2. Tito held this championship for a total of 443 days.
2x IC Champion, 2x Tag Team Champion, WWE Hall of Fame Class of 2004, King of the Ring 1989 Winner.
#16. Steve Austin
I think Steve's Career Speaks for itself. However he is one of the many winners of the IC championship and i felt his tenture with the title was one of the many greats. This belt skyrocketed him to Championship Fame. Steve held the title for a total of 65 days. However he became one of the greatest wrestlers to step into a Wrestling Ring.

#15. Rick Rude
Rick only held the IC title for one time but sure made his mark on history with it. Rick was a amazing wrestler and sure knew how to work a crowd. He has passed away but his legacy will always be remember. He held the IC title for a total of 148 days.
#14. Jeff Hardy
Jeff has set the standard of high flying and his matchs for the IC title were no diffrent. He held the title 4 times and never disappointed. He is one of my good friends and i loved working with and against him. Jeff is a great guy and i hope he continues on with his career. Jeff held the IC title for a total of 329 days.
#13. Jeff Jarrett
In the WWE i think Jeff's legacy is with the IC title. Jeff was with WWE for a total of 5 years on two diffrent runs and yet won the IC Title 6 times. He had great matches but unfortantly i think he is more remembered for his matches with Chyna. He is a great wrestler and i still enjoy watching him. Jeff held the IC title for a total of 297 days.
#12 Randy Orton
Randy Orton started his legacy with the IC title. When he went to Evolution, he won his is first and only IC title. Yet he had great matches and really put on show stealer matches. Randy has a huge resume now but back then, he really made the IC title feel speical. Randy held the title for 210 days which is alot in this time period for only 1 reign.

I put myself on this list becaue this belt really elevated me into Singles status. If it wasn't for the IC title, u may not have had a Rated R Superstar. I have so much respect for the IC title and bar-none one of the greatest legacy's a belt can have. I held the IC title for a total of 171 days in my career.

#10. Triple H
Triple H really got put on the map in the WWE because of the IC title and his matches with then New comer, The Rock. Triple H left his legacy (and is still writing it as we speak) in the WWE with his World title Victories. However, the IC Championship will always be a milestone to who the Wrestler became later on. He held the IC title for a total of 196 Days.

#9. Ricky Steamboat
Ricky Steamboat is in my mind one of the top 10 greatest Wrestlers to ever lace up a pair of Wrestling Boots. He only held the IC title once and it was only 65 days but no one can say he wasn't one of the greatest. His matches were incrediable and actually i think his IC Matches as a challenger was some of the greatest match ups to this day. He didn't win alot with the WWE, but sometimes holding championships or not holding championships does not mean ur not the best. I truely believe Ricky Steamboat is the Greatest Wrestler to NOT win the WWE World Championship.

#8. Bret Hart
Bret is arguably the greatest Technical Wrestler of all time but his matches in the Early 1990's were some of the greatest matches. He held the IC title twice but had so many classic matches. Bret is one of the greatest but in this case, the IC title elevated him to Superstar Status. He held the IC title for a total of 290 days.

#7. Razor Ramon
Scott or Razor if u want to call him that, didn't have a exclusive run in the WWE but while he was there, he was one of the greats to hold the IC title. Probably most famous for his Ladder Match with HBK at Wrestlemania 10 by winning or Retaining (Depends on if you think he was the actual champion) the IC Championship. Razor held the IC title for a total of 438 days and held it 4 times. He only worked for WWE for 4 years in the 1990's. So he was IC Champion a long time. 5th overall actually if you count the days in a list. He is truely one of the Greatest IC Champions of all time.

#6. The Rock
When the Rock came to the WWE, he was Rocky Maivia and he won the IC championship and fueded with Triple H alot. They kinda help each other reach Superstardum. He won the Title twice and it just seems that due to that, he transformed into "The Rock" and is now a house hold name. He held the title for a total of 339 Days.

#5. Owen Hart
I put Owen at #5 because if he hadn't died, he would have had the IC title way more than he did. Owen was a man's man and was gifted athlete. He was one of the best IC Champions in my eyes. Owen had that thing about him that you loved to hate him yet u loved to love him. His last match which was a Victory for him was against me and christian and i will always hold that dear to my heart. Owen will always be missed by fans alike. He held the IC title a total of 132 Days.
2x IC Champion, 4x Tag Team Champion, 1994 King of the Ring
*Owen was scheduled to win the IC title for a 3rd time the night he died. He did win the WWF Championship but then the match was restarted and he lost. I truely believe if he hadn't died that night, he would have became a World Champion.*
#4. Mr. Perfect Curt Hennig
Mr. Perfect was just that...Perfect. I know alot of people put him as their #1 IC Champion but i just because of how great he was. Curt Hennig was a one of a kind wrestler. His Life was cut short but his legacy will live on. He held the IC title for a total of 406 days in two diffrent Reigns.
2x IC Champion, 1x WCW US Champion, 1x AWA World Champion, WWE Hall of Fame Class of 2007.
#3 Randy Savage
I know the WWE listed Randy has their #1 greatest IC Champion and this was very hard for me. I was so tempted to do so yet i just couldn't. Randy was one of the greatest IC Champions though. He only won the title once but he held it for 414 straight days. Randy was so talented and he shined in that ring. I had to put him at #3 because i myself believe there are two more people who should be put in front of him. He was a great wrestler but in my eyes not the #1 Greatest IC Champion.

#2. Shawn Michaels
Shawn Michaels is the greatest Wrestler to lace his boots and with his accomplishments in the Ring it shows. He is my #2 because of how great he really is. He held the IC title 3 times and this really elevated his career. He had some of the most classic IC title matches and that includes his Ladder Match at Wrestlemania 10. He is the ShowStopper. He held the IC title at a total of 406 Days.

Well i have probably shocked alot of you lol. I pick Chris Jericho as the Greatest IC Champion of all time. I don't know how many people will agree with me. I might get cussed out for this but i do believe he is. He has held the title for a record breaking 9 Times. He has held this particular title more than any one else in this buisness. This belt to me defines the Wrestler we call " The Best at What he does"
Chris Is a one of a kind person and athlete and i think its kinda of fitting. Maybe for years everyone put Macho Man or HBK as their #1. I am being diffrent and i think rightfully So. He has held this title for a total of 318 Days.
9x IC Champion, First Undisputed Champion, 3x World Champion, 2x WCW/WWE World Champion, 5x Tag Team Champion

I hperave watched wrestling for over 15 years. The fact that you put yourself at #11, well I guess I have to respect that. You was one of the most amazing, breathtaking, wrestlers that EVER stepped into the ring. I have been in the crowd several times you either retained or Won a title. If you was the HEAL or the Fan loving Edge the bottom line is, You and Christian, raised the bar on what a crowd expected out of a Champion. For God sake you and Christian created the TLC Match. In my Opinion, Edge was a Champion that took himself and the fans to a place that I haven't relived in a very long time. Me and my son was at a house show that the main event was headed up by yourself. He turned at the end and said he is amazing dad. We both shed a tear on the day you retire. Adam , Edge, Mr Copeland please do not sell yourself short. You have won more Championships than anyone in the HISTORY of the WWE. You are putting yourself at #11 for the Greatest IC champions, maybe, but The Greatest Champion period In my book. Thank You Edge for all the Blood, Sweet, and Tears you give to entertain me.
