The Royal Rumble is upon us, and for wrestling fans that only means one important thing…..WRESTLEMANIA! With this Sunday coming up fast for us Wrestling Fanatics, we will find out one piece of a very big puzzle for WrestleMania….Who will be in the Main event of The Grandest Stage of them all? I hope there will be a Divas Match and an IC Match. However, I don’t understand why the US title is on the Pre Show…Other than that let’s get to my predictions….
The Pre- Show Match:
Match 1: United States Champion Antonio Cesaro © Vs. The Miz
I would normally say I like Miz’s chances especially with his new found face turn. However, I think it’s too new for him. I see Antonio retaining and continuing the storyline he is in. Look for more of a feud to break out and I will certainly enjoy their matches later on in 2013.
Winner: Antonio Cesaro

Match 2: WWE Tag Team Championship – Team Hell No © Vs. Rhode Scholars
I like both teams and I hate for either of them too loose because they are on such a roll..However, at this point, Rhode Scholars need the belts to make them more heelish. Team Hell No is in perfect position to where they don’t need the titles and are a great tag team. I must say, I usually don’t like the comedy but Daniel Bryan and Kane are flat out “Gold” when they are in the ring.
Winner: New Tag Team Champions Rhode Scholars
Who I think will win: Team Hell No
Match 3: World Heavyweight Championship – Last Man Standing Match Alberto Del Rio © Vs. Big Show
I think this is going to be a decent match, I always enjoy these matches. However, I don’t see it living up to the HBK Vs. HHH World Title Last Man Standing at Royal Rumble 2004. If you haven’t seen that match, I suggest you check it out. It’s a great match and one of their many best matches. I do think this will be decent though and I am looking forward to it. They will have more time and more options being on PPV than being on Smackdown.

Match 4: Royal Rumble Match – Winner goes on to WrestleMania 29
We only know a hand full of official superstars in the Rumble. With everyone who I see that is officially in the Rumble, if I had to pick, I would go with John Cena. I could honestly see Dolph Ziggler pulling it out strictly because of the main frame on the 1 and 2 spot. That’s big and hasn’t been a vocal point in a long while. However, not knowing more than half of the people in the Rumble, I am going to go with a surprise entry to win the Royal Rumble. Do I know who that is? No. If I had to pick either Cena or a surprise entry, I pick the surprise entry.
Winner: John Cena or Surprise Entry
Who I think should win: Surprise Entry
Match 5: WWE Championship CM Punk © Vs Rock
This is a huge match not only for the WWE but for CM Punk and his career. I am so looking forward to this match more so than the Rumble itself. I think this is going to be a good 30 minute match and will really give the fans their money’s worth. The Rock is an amazing athlete and a great guy. He really brings the best out in you. I can say the exact same thing for the reigning WWE Champion. In the end, I really think CM Punk is going to win. The Shield is barred from ringside but I do think someone will interfere and set up a big match into WrestleMania…Do I know who that is? No but I am hoping to be surprised.
